Popo’s story
Forty years at the same wok.
Popo first learned how to make hae bee hiam by watching her neighbour prepare it when she was young. Over time, she made the recipe her own — and she has been making it for our family for over 40 years.
Today, we’re happy to share a little taste of our home with yours, and we hope it brings as much joy to your table as it has to ours.
